It was a pleasure working with Jude on the latest service of my RX350. She called prior to having my vehicle picked up to go over what services would be performed. I feel that I was totally ripped off. I purchased the cross bars for $350. They charged me $350 to "install" them. Then when they discovered that my Thule cargo carrier would not align I purchased the cross bars for $350. They charged me $350 to "install" them. Then when they discovered that my Thule cargo carrier would not align properly and needed to have an extra hole drilled, they charged me another $100 to drill the 4 holes. When I got it home and took off the carrier, one of the holes was not in the correct place and I had to force it to come off. I intend to call to make sure that they rotated the tires as they were supposed to do and to find out how they intend to either refund me $25 or make good. The best part was that they gave me a loaner since they did not know how long the service would take. More
