Seamless, professional and encouraging. Best experience yet I bought my last car at a very well known dealership . While they did offer a beautiful vehicle they were quick to push us through the process and had I bought my last car at a very well known dealership . While they did offer a beautiful vehicle they were quick to push us through the process and had no follow up whatsoever. They agreed to fix issues with the car ( chipped windshield, a scratch and dented trim ) until the loan was funded then I was not able to get any cooperation in fixing the issues or ordering the trim and allowing us to have it installed. I felt very minute to them . Our salesman never even sat at the desk while we were applying. His main goal was obviously what can we approve for with the lenders and finding a car that used every penny I inquired online with Travers Autoplex and within 30 minutes had a call from Steve who walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. He made accommodations for my husband and I to come out the same day and had a detailed list for us to use with all of the cars including mileage and price. His first question was what was comfortable for us as far as monthly payment and he did not try to exhaust all of our available income on that payment. He was patient, knowledgeable and very informative about the vehicles they offered and was ready to allow us to drive as many as needed to ensure that we were happy with the decision. The process took a little longer being that our previous vehicle was totalled earlier that morning and we had to get verification from insurance of the pay off but Steve and his finance guy ( i'm so sorry I forgot his name ) were amazing at making sure all was handled quickly and conveniently. They also educated us on Gap insurance and the do's and don'ts of purchasing a vehicle. Obviously they are working for a paycheck but it is evident that they enjoy what they do and stand behind the company that employs them. I'm so excited to direct my friends and family to Travers and am confident they will be as happy as we are with our decision. ( I had to return a rental and Travers came to pick me up from the rental location after detailing and hand washing our new car.) More
