I had the pleasure of connecting with Thomas today after months of searching for a vehicle that would fit the whole family with twins on the way. He was wonderful, respectful, and never made me feel like I months of searching for a vehicle that would fit the whole family with twins on the way. He was wonderful, respectful, and never made me feel like I was being pushed to by. He got me in the vehicle I wanted and at the price I wanted. This was days after I was told I’d need thousands down to get to the payment I wanted. Justin also worked very hard to get me where I needed to be. He was just a wonderful and respectful as Thomas. It’s the best car buying experience I’ve had. More
On June 17 2021 I visited Travers Autoplex to see Johnathan Osborn about a truck they posted on their website June 16 2021. Johnathan Osborn was the sales guy that was working with me and was great to work with. I showed up before they even opened and Johnathan had to take me to Travers GMT Auto sales in Florissant MO to get the truck off their lot. Johnathan then let me test drive it back to travers Autoplex St Peters Mo. We wasn't able to work out a deal because Steve the manager at Travers Autoplex in St Peters Mo wouldn't let me take the pre-used $21,000plus 2013 ram tradesman 4wd truck to my mechanic at firestone to have it fully inspected and the engine tested without a credit check on me and my wife to see if we could even finance to get the truck. Which is funny because no other dealership around the area had to do that. We loved the truck and decided to have them run our credit so we can get the truck looked at. Once everything came back good Steve and I started arguing again about getting the truck looked at by firestone because firestone wouldn't be able to look at the truck till Saturday June 19 2021 which was two days way. Steve then started getting really aggressive and pushy on us to buy the truck. After I told him no I want firestone to check out the truck he started saying he wouldn't hold the truck for me and he had other people that was willing to buy the truck that day. He said other people who showed up after us at Travers GMT Auto sales in Florissant was willing to buy the truck that day and the managers from Travers GMT Auto sales in Florissant was riding his butt about it. I even have the text messages to prove that. Its funny because he never tried in front of me to call the other managers and give us time that he promised after running our credit. When my family and I was about to leave he asked me if I was putting any money down on the truck. I said yes. He then asked me for a $1000 deposit to hold the truck. which is bull crap because I've bought four cars in my life and had lots of other ones inspected before buying those four without having my credit ran or having to put down a deposit on pre-used cars. He told us straight up if he ran our credit he would allow us to take the truck to get looked at. I would never throw down $1000 just to find out the truck is no good and have to wait months to get my money back. I felt Steve was trying to dig us deeper into the process. I'm really disappointed on how we were treated and lied to. Out of all the dealerships around the area this place was the only one who asked to run our credit and a crazy deposit to have a pre-used car looked at. Steve was the worst dealership manager I've ever met in the St Peters area of Missouri. He was rude and really unprofessional. I hope this helps future people and I would highly recommend getting their trucks/cars looked at by a personal mechanic before buying from them. More
Wonderful place to purchase a car. Everything was easy and fast. Staff worked hard to find exactly what I needed/wanted. Highly recommend coming here to get a vehicle. They have more then a 1000 vehicles and fast. Staff worked hard to find exactly what I needed/wanted. Highly recommend coming here to get a vehicle. They have more then a 1000 vehicles so it was easy to get overwhelmed by the options. Thankfully the sales guy was easy going. He really helped me find the best fit for my needs. More

Just as shady as a politician. First thought everything went great. After I went to register vehicle and found out they sold me a vehicle that did not pass emissions and had no intentions of fixing the issue until I had showed up with the vehicle and DMV report. (bought in St. Charles county. Registered in St. Louis county). I was told by Mike Price that these things happen. After so I began documenting every encounter. Since purchase (2005 F150 and trade in of a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek) on 10/30/2020 and extended warranty purchase it took 2 full weeks to get paperwork even after receiving title. Go in to get a new remote as original was chewed on and not functional only to get a mediocre remote with eligible pictures.(Gave them 3 fully functioning remotes from trade in). Told salesman of pulley bearing going out and menu light not functional when we started the vehicle before going into maintenance for only brake pads and winterizing. Told in person they'll fix it multiple times by both gentleman and would contact me for scheduling. Later told they would fix for $1200. Mike and Thomas both gave their word multiple times they would make it right and have failed as professionals. Will also give you a loaner car with quarter tank twice with impression of having it for one day at the most. Second time I checked on vehicle for 3 days with no information. I contacted the maintenance shop and spoke with their lead who told me he had spoken with Mike earlier that day on the issues and it was ready for pick up; right after I had gotten off the phone with Mike who said he hadn't been able to talk to anyone. When I did a walk around on the car, I noticed a few dents, dings, scratches and a crack in a chrome piece on the fog light and told the salesman Shawn when he offered to get it detailed not to worry I use to detail cars I will go ahead and do it, it is a used car I don't expect for it to be perfect. I got home later that evening and was pulling into the garage and a warning flashed on the dash that said "Information: Service Driver Assist System" with it being a new car to me, I had no idea what that meant and let it be. It continued to come on and got worse by showing another warning that said "Rear Auto Brake Unavailable" and my lane departure was not working as well so on about June 5th I notified the dealership and they had me drop it off at their service center GMT West on Bryan Rd on June 8th, they had it for a day and said they got it fixed it was a lose wire. I picked it up at 3:30 PM that day and got a mile down the road and got the same warning. After I picked it up I drove to a detail shop to have them look over it so I could get it buffed and waxed, he said he could fix the scratches. The next morning I came out to my car that is parked in the garage every day, and notice a large chunk of paint missing on my front bumper, a bumper sensor was knocked extremely loose and the entire bumper itself was loose. I contacted the dealership and they claimed they had no idea what that could have been caused from, I went to two local body shops one being a Cadillac dealership and they gave me quotes and both said that this was cover up paint from previous damage and that whoever put the paint on did not realize that they could not put black paint directly onto primer without sealing it first and it was over $2,000 in repairs. I contacted the store manager at the time Darion M and he stated that he would get it figured out, he then reached out to me and stated that it they would be fixing the car as he was informed it has been damaged prior to me purchasing the vehicle but some how slipped through the cracks and did not get fixed before being sold. I drove to the companies body shop in Florissant on Friday June 12th and met with the General Manager James, he looked at the car along with the manager of the body shop and said they don't work weekends so to take it home and bring it back Monday and they would begin the repairs. I then brought the car back Monday June 15th and they began fixing my car, they stated they adjusted the sensors, replaced the chrome piece that was cracked and added brackets that were broken to the bumper to reinforce it. I contacted James on June 17th due to not being able to get a hold of anyone at the body shop about the status of my vehicle, I contacted James again on June 18th as the body shop was giving me the run around on what the status of my car was at this point I had been without a car for 4 days they did not give me a loaner or a rental, James was extremely aggressive and unprofessional at this point as I told him either they needed to give me a rental car that was equivalent to my car or get a rental and explained to him that his body shop was telling me something different than they were telling him, he then blamed me for wrecking the car and said he was doing me a favor by fixing the car and that he had before pictures of the car and that it wasn't wrecked and had no damage, I informed him that not only one of his mechanics, but the sales manager at the store I bought it from admitted it had prior damage and it got looked over and didn't get fixed before and showed him the text messages to prove it. He then dropped the "I wrecked it" accusation and had his assistant Sam call me in a car from Enterprise, I picked up a car from them and got a call at 3:00 PM on Friday June 19th that my car was done. I looked it over the best I could and went on my way. I got about 25 minutes away and the same "Service Driver Assist System" warning came on the dash. I dropped the vehicle off again on June 22nd to be fixed and received another rental vehicle, on Thursday June 25th I texted James and asked if he could help me get in touch with someone at the service shop as I hadn't heard from anyone he said they just called him and they fixed it and I was to meet Sam to give her my rental and get my car back. On Monday June 13th, the "Service Driver Assist System" warning and "Rear Auto Brake and Park Assist Unavailable" came back on, I texted James and explained to him I had drove that car maybe 3 times in 2 weeks and that it needed at this point to go to an actual Cadillac dealership to get looked at and fixed. I drove to St. Peters to pick up a rental where they explained they didn't have one and would call when they did. Followed up on Tuesday July 14th with James stating that Enterprise still never called, he said that all they had to drive was small cars or a van, I stated to him that I drive a full size SUV I am not driving a small car or a van as I paid a lot of money for my car I want something comparable, he then stated to me that if he could predict the future he would win the lottery, and that this situation sucks for him to because he is the one writing the checks, I informed him that I was also paying a payment and insurance on a car that so far had been in the shop 11 days in the first 30 I owned it. I received a message on Wednesday July 15th, that I had an appointment to drop off my car at Cadillac at 10 and pick up my rental from Enterprise. I did exactly that. I texted James on July 28th to inform him that I still had the rental, and that Cadillac still had my car because per the rental agreement I was only suppose to have the car until July 24th and did not want to be charged. James got defensive and stated that "Your driving a Tahoe and the truck is at the dealer you are more than welcome to contact them" I informed him while yes, I was driving a Tahoe I purchased the highest model Cadillac, and that I was just letting him know that at his point it was a total of 18 days that my car had been in a shop. He replied, "if you need anything contact Cadillac directly? I let him know that I would be contacting the BBB, and he said "Great sounds good, you can return the Tahoe I am paying for because I have done nothing but tried to accommodate you, some people you just can't make happy good luck I will not be responding to you anymore" my response was, "You don't own the company so you aren't paying for anything" his response, "LMAO ok" ... I then told him that he didn't have to get defensive I was letting him know that I was stating a fact and if he weren't so defensive he would realize that. I also told him, I was letting you know they still had the car and the rental bill would be rather large since Cadillac had the car since Wednesday June 22nd at 9:30AM, he has since blocked my phone number. I picked up my car from Cadillac who stated all of the issues were because of a broken wire in the BACK bumper, I picked the car up on Thursday June 30th. On August 3rd I dropped my car back off to get buffed and waxed, a couple hours later I received a message from the company stating that the entire car was covered in over spray from being painted BESIDES the front bumper, he stated the over spray was not there prior to them painting the front bumper and the car now will take over $700 of work to get the over spray off, he recommend I contact the dealership. James the GM has my phone number blocked, his assistant Sam will not return my texts and the Sales Manager quit. This company should be returning me money on the sales price of my car with all of the hassle and damage and paying for the detail as the over spray came from them not covering the car when painting the front bumper. They also lessened the value of my car, I checked my CarFax the other day they put on my CarFax on June 10th that there was front body damage, but they didn't have my car until June 15th, so how could they put on a CarFax that on June 10th they had my car in their possession at "Premier Auto Body" when at that point they hadn't even seen the car with damage? There is multiple reasons this company owes me money. Terrible to customers and they should be shut down. I have all text and correspondence to prove all of the above stated. More
