I waited 2 hours for an oil change and was told it was taking a while longer because the car wash was down and had to wash by hand but when I got to my car it wasn't washed at all More

They sent you a coupon for a free oil change and when you take your vehicle in there then they say that they're charging you less so you have to pay out of pocket and they don't honor the coupon so just so y More
