I went to this dealer to have my vehicle serviced because it is close to my home. I went in to have my windshield wipers looked at because they would just randomly stop working. I called and set up an ap it is close to my home. I went in to have my windshield wipers looked at because they would just randomly stop working. I called and set up an appointment for a Monday on the previous Friday. I called on that Monday to verify the time I was supposed to be there and I was told I wasn't in the system. I go into the dealer at 10:30a and had to spell out my name and what my problem was because again I wasn't in the system although I just talked to the gentleman an hour before. I sat in the waiting room for two hours before I was told that the problem couldn't be duplicated and they weren't going to fix random parts (understandable I guess). I walked to my car while still at the dealership and my wipers wouldn't work. They immediately took my cat back inside and did a diagnostic test and found that my TIPM was faulty. I was then told that there was nothing they could do today because they didn't have the part. I was never given an expected date that the part would come in and I had to drive a car through the rain without wipers because I only own one car and the dealership doesn't offer loaner vehicles. I receive a post card from the dealer 3 DAYS LATER saying that my part had come in and I have to call and set up an appointment. Here is why I have an issue with that: I had my car in on a Monday, the postcard was marked by the post office on Tuesday, and I got the post card on Thursday and I had to wait another day to get an appointment. Why wasn't I just given a call on Tuesday when the part came in? Wouldn't that make more sense? Anyway, I couldn't get off of work on Friday to take my car in so I had my girlfriend do it. She pulled in and she was told that my car wasn't in the system and neither was my name. I guess 20 minutes later they found my paper work and fixed the car without a hassle. Also, if your email the GM of the dealership, you won't get a return email. He doesn't care I guess. More
