Fast, friendly, effcient, and reasonable service costs I made a call because my van was breaking down( i use the van everyday for my painting work. My First purchase from a Transitowne Dodge dealer was I have purchased new Dodge, Ford, Chevy and other name brands as far away as Albany Dodge ! My First purchase from a Transitowne Dodge dealer was in 1999 and that day I bought 2 new pickup trucks because the deal was something I could not resist ! From there the quality of service speaks for it sell ! The Service Representatives at the service desks are so polite and respectful that you know your in good hands ! Not knowing much about cars sometimes I ask some dumb questions and they will ask the mechanic to come in and answer my question if they can't ! The Sales Department has worked tirelessly to make a deal that fits my budget and each time they work it out ! For being on Social Security every penny counts and always friendly and polite ! They are an hour away from my home but I think the trip is worth it as this is my 16th Dodge that I have bought From Transitowne Dodge ! Parts Department has helped me order extras for my truck and always have them on time I Whenever a recall has come out they will have the parts for the mechanic right in stock ! Body Shop is wonderful how quickly and perfect the repairs are done ! They did minor repairs on my truck and they did a fantastic job at a reasonable rate so I did not have to turn it in to my insurance ! All around Transitowne dealerships are the best ! I would not buy anywhere else and would highly recommend them to my Family and Friends ! More
