Excellent Bill is great from the service department we had an issue where we had to keep bringing back our car no fault of theirs or ours & he worked with us be Bill is great from the service department we had an issue where we had to keep bringing back our car no fault of theirs or ours & he worked with us because it was costing us a lot of money. First it was the sensor in the rear axle, then the gasket didn't seal right so then we had to bring it back. Then the other axle went they were very accomodating to our needs asking us if we were ok because it took several hours each time. Dan the mechanic was going over what the problems were each time we came back. You have a great team in the auto repair shop keep up the great work guys. I don't go on to my e-mail that much sorry for the delay in answering this survey. More

Communication Lacking The front end does not seem to tell the mechanics what needs to be fixed on the car. Over 4 years, I have encountered this issue several times. I made an appt for my car about mechanical issues. But all they did was take care of a recall. When I asked about the reason I made the appt, they had no idea why I brought it in. So they rescheduled me to bring it back. Again, when I brought it in, they didn't know what to do. If they booked the appt, don't you think they would make notes in the computer?? More
