Vehicle problems from the time it left the lot upon purchase Vehicle has had check engine and stop start fault warning light since 4/23/18 date of purchase. Been in 3 times with a fourth scheduled service for 5/08. The problem is not resolved. I'm driving the vehicle with this problem and it is functioning like it is going to stall constantly. The dealership has not made me feel as if this is a priority whatsoever. I have to follow up in order to get any feedback. The dealership is too busy doing 15 oil changes and may not have the expertise to handle my issues. I should be treated like this is a top priority until resolution. This issue with my compass is known to consumers. I have opened a case with FCA and have a case manager assigned to help with getting an answer to these problems. I have over 425k miles of jeep experience ownership and will use another local dealership that I am familiar with if this isn't resolved this week. Just the fact that I have to wait for an appointment for the fourth visit in two weeks because of a lack of rental vehicle is unacceptable. In the meantime I am driving your vehicle that is not performing up to standards and have been financed for for some 30k. Poor service indeed despite the fact that it isn't your fault the vehicle had issues coming from the factory. Where is your pledge to stand up for the brand? More
Consistently frustrated I have been consistently disappointed with Transitown service from my original sale all the way through service. I kept coming for the free oil changes, but at this point I have had so many frustrating experiences that I would rather pay more and go elsewhere. I've had appointments not get entered so I show up and have to leave, I've been told by the guy that runs the body shop when I had a simple questions that "it wasn't his problem", I've had things in my vehicle broken. Most recently I came for an inspection, they tech cleared the computer out before running the emissions test so I was told I would have to drive around for a day and come back, on the next day they ran the emissions test, but after I got home that day I noticed they left a plug/wire dangling between my gas/brake pedals, so I had to go back third day to get that put back in place. So, it ended up requiring me to be late to work 3 days in a row just to get a simple inspection. The list goes on....Some of the folks here are great and super helpful, but there must be some mismanagement somewhere for errors to occur this regularly. I will not be returning and will purchase a vehicle elsewhere in the future. If you do want to buy here, go to Massimo Martinucci as a salesman, he is basically the diamond in the rough at this place. More

Bottom Line - There are plenty of Dodge/Chrysler Dealerships in the area. Do yourself a favor and buy yours somewhere besides TransiteTown Dodge. Once you make the purchase. They are done with you. 1. Bought a new Limited Pacifica. 2. Was told during the sale that as part of the "deal" we would get 4 wireless headsets. 3. 1 Year later. I still don't have 4. 4. We picked up our new car, and drove it to Florida the next day. Sporadically throughout the 1,200 mile round-trip we heard the dinging from the car telling us that we didn't have a working Key Fob. Turned out our brand new car had a pinched wire from production. 5. When I brought the car back to them. A brand new car mind you.... they did give us a rental for our seven person mini van. It was a dodge avenger.... That fit at best, 4 people. They would not get us another rental. Tough crap I guess. Our family of 6 will have to figure it out. 6. Transmission started lunging forward between first and second gear. We brought it to them. They "relearned" the computer and told us to drive it for a while. 7. 10,000 miles, three service visits, and multiple phone calls later. We still have a transmission issue. Its not just a transmission issue. It is a safety issue. 8. Dropped my van off again this morning. They wouldn't give me a shuttle because my work is 15 miles away and they only shuttle 5-7 miles from their dealership. Paid for a $50 taxi to get to work. So, 1 year, 22k miles, still no 4 headphones, a bad transmission, and multiple service drop offs later. My business was not worth the 10-12 miles further for their shuttle. Im not going to be pretentious and post how much I paid for this car.. if you are interested, go price out a new Pacifica Limited. ' Bottom Line - There are plenty of Dodge/Chrysler Dealerships in the area. Do yourself a favor and buy yours somewhere besides TransiteTown Dodge. More
