Poor experience with Ted/Thaddeus My experience with the service department and more specifically Ted/Thaddeus (the service manager) has been a nightmare. I've had an ongoing issue reg My experience with the service department and more specifically Ted/Thaddeus (the service manager) has been a nightmare. I've had an ongoing issue regarding a manufacturer recall on my alternator going back to April. I ended up being charged $107 incorrectly and was treated extremely poorly by Ted when I asked for a refund (he said I was slandering the companies name for complaining that they had not fixed my car and called me a "text warrior" amongst other things for leaving a review on their Facebook). My requests for follow-up from the general manager went unanswered. It took me submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to receive a refund. In Ted's response to the BBB he stated he had reached out to me directly to resolve the matter. This is not the case. I have received a refund but have never received follow-up from the company or an apology from Ted for the way that I was treated. Overall the poor customer service skills as well as the questionable service done on my car will cause me to never come back here. More
