Then I always think "how much is this going to cost me?" Being a woman, I always worried that they'll say you need a new transmission or something else, and make a huge profit out of me. It was just some rusted connection or screws, they fix it. I also got an oil change, since it was due anyway. My total bill was $38.00. They took care of the oil and filter change and replaced the broken off windshild squirter at a minimal cost to me. I had put up with it broken off since winter.
