I have dealt w several dealerships along the way. I would recommend this one above the rest! The service has been exceptional. They actually believe me when I tell them something is wrong. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The service that done is just what I need and nothing extra. My only complaint is the hold music when I call for an appointment. They took me in immediately without a an appointment. I didnt wait at the dealership but received a call much quicker than anticipated advising my car was ready. Lee in service was very professional and m didnt wait at the dealership but received a call much quicker than anticipated advising my car was ready. Lee in service was very professional and made recommendations without being pushy or trying to make a sale which is appreciated. The experience was efficient and pleasant. I will recommend your dealership to others and although this was my first visit, will continue to come back for service and make it my first stop when purchasing my next vehicle. More

I purchased my truck from this dealership, my wife purchased her truck from the dealership and I have family members who are customers of this dealership so it was a no brainer that when I started hav purchased her truck from the dealership and I have family members who are customers of this dealership so it was a no brainer that when I started having issues with my truck I bring it to them for service. when I brought the truck in for service I feel like I was lied to and misled what I was told would be a quick diagnostic and that I would receive an update the same day I brought in. That turned into me having to call many times to get an update five days later and that update was them trying to sell me a nearly $4000 used transmission and when I asked about a new rebuild instead of a used transmission they couldn’t give me an actual quote but said that it would be well over $5000. I called three reputable transmission shops in her area all who gave new rebuild costs of less than $3000. One of which was less than $2000. When I called the service center back and discussed it with them the reply I got was that my truck would be placed in the lot and they would like it towed away promptly when they call me to do so. 6 hours later I still hadn’t received a call from them. Just very disappointing. More
