Window regulater Good news, bad news. When arriving Jamie took my info. I knew what was wrong with my window as I had been in before "while still under warranty " for Good news, bad news. When arriving Jamie took my info. I knew what was wrong with my window as I had been in before "while still under warranty " for 2 front window regulators to be replaced. She said I would still need a 98$ diagnostic.I said o k but would like a ride if would be longer than an hour. As 6 other customers came & went; I waited & waited & waited. She appeared 2 hours later running by me saying she had just swiped some lunch; ( I said as she vanished down the hall"yeah I'd like lunch too!" I gave her 15 minutes to eat & again went to check MY statiss on my Jeep. Well by then she was enjoying her dessert! Oh she said I'll get right to it.2&1/2 hours later I STILL didn't have my estimates nor my ride.I am in a customer service job myself & would first be embarrassed to treat a client in that way, & definitely never see them again most likely. When I did FINALLY get my estimate it was exorberit! Luckily Ted stepped in & went above & beyond to help resolve my problems. Thanks for asking, I don't even see Jamie's name below, hopefully that's not her normal position, because my experience with her was terrible! More
Rip off and long wait This was my first oil change experience with transittowne after buying my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. First off buying my Jeep was a terrible e This was my first oil change experience with transittowne after buying my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee. First off buying my Jeep was a terrible experience in August 2017. It was my first brand new car purchase. I was given the run around multiple times and I decided to go with another dealership in the end, paperwork ready to be signed, when my transittowne dealer begged me to come in one last time because they could do better. I entertained them and went back one more time and was told I’d have a much lower monthly payment and could get more for my trade in. So when I contacted the other dealership to say I was going with transittowne, they couldn’t match the deal so I knew I was getting the lowest possible price. Transittowne had to ‘locate’ the exact Jeep for me and I agreed to pick it up 3 days later. When in actuality, they were putting in the sunroof themselves during those 3 days with a Jeep they had on their lot, not locating the correct Jeep. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t have me see the Jeep until after paperwork was signed. When I did inspect the Jeep at that point basically ready to drive it off the lot, I noticed the sunroof not being the factory installed sunroof but an add on with the controls not being where they should be and the sunroof in a completely different looking spot from my test drives. So I refused to drive it off the lot, that not what Jeep I agreed to, and my dealer tried to say well it’s still part of the warrenty. NO, the price for my Jeep with a factory installed sunroof is $1500 more than the Jeep without. And they quoted me on the more expensive Jeep yet they were putting the sunroof in themselves, I’m sure for much cheaper, over those 3 days. That’s why the other dealership couldn’t match my deal, they were quoting me on the correct Jeep and wouldn’t have been making any money on the car if they matched the price transittowne came up with. In the end transittowne had to actually locate the correct Jeep, which took them another 3 days and lots of unreturned calls on their part to me about my waiting for the correct car. I finally picked it up and felt very judged and uncomfortable, but I finally had the correct Jeep and I didn’t care because they got screwed over and made no money on my sale. I caught them trying pull one over on me. I am a young girl who did my Jeep shopping alone and they thought they could take advantage of that. The only reason I didn’t cancel the Jeep purchase with them entirely is because I already signed over my trade-in the first time with the incorrect sunroof Jeep purchase, and let them hang on to it because of the plate change and insurance change already being done. It would’ve been too much work to sign it all back over to me for what I thought would be a 1 day wait for the correct car. But I was actually car-less for 3 days while they located my correct factory sunroof Jeep. 3 days with no car and no one returning my calls as to when I would get the right one! It was a scary situation to be in and they handled it all very poorly. Such a joke, they are completely unprofessional I would never return to them again and I recommend them to no one. I’m just happy I got what I wanted in the end and they made nothing on my deal. As far as the oil change, my first one was free and the rest I was told would be $15 for life after the new purchase. Well then at the first oil change they tell me to be sure to always get synthetic oil for this Jeep. Ok but of course that’s not the price of $15, it’s $25. Then why do you try to use an oil change price of $15 for life to entice buyers... but that s just also a scam of theirs. And $25 doesnt include a tire rotation, which they recommended for another $49. Absolutely not, I can get all of this done plus more at a outside shop for cheaper. They are such a scamming business I can’t believe anyone would go there for services. I got my first synthetic oil change for free and declined the extra tire rotation charges. I waited 3 hours at 8:30am on not busy Wednesday for my service. How ridiculous. And they don’t take appointments so what better time could you possible show up and think you wouldn’t have to wait that long. Never again will I return there after that. The workers try to be nice but they’re so slimely. It’s no wonder people hate buying new cars. More

Eveyerone I met in the short couple of hours it took to review, drive, and close the deal were very courteous and made me feel comfortable about choosing a great selection of Dodge Rams. Very happy and highly recommend Michael and the Transitowne Team!! More
