BEYOND HAPPY!! I was driving a cadillac for a few years and the biggest things that brought my husband and I into this dealership, were the bad service at the Cadill I was driving a cadillac for a few years and the biggest things that brought my husband and I into this dealership, were the bad service at the Cadillace dealer that we wanted to get away from, and the sales going on at Transitowne... Well, once we arrived, we were sent over to Phil Acuri. Let me just say HE'S the reason we stayed even though it was disgustingly hot and their air was broken. Phil is just the nicest, most laid back guy. He's so sweet and friendly, I felt like he was family, truly. He makes you VERY comfortable, even taking us to the back office where the air WAS working because he was worried about me. I've always been a GM girl, as my Grandfather and Father in Law both worked for GM, So, my husband and I were hesitant to switch to Chrysler and the Jeep. OMG... I got a Jeep Cherokee Limited, and it's just as nice as my cadillac was. Leather interior, nice and spacious... I have to say, I am IMPRESSED! I will be a Jeep girl from now on! It's a beautiful truck and has everything you NEED, not just a bunch of fancy crap that doesn't even need to be there and I don't know how to use anyways, quite frankly! LET ME STRESS.... Our Salesman, Phil Acuri has been in the business a long time and he has the old school car selling mentality that I LOVE! These dealerships now, don't even bat an eye when you walk in. Not with Phil! He even went so far as to give me his cell phone number and told me to use it if I ever need anything and low and behold I did today. The man is just that nicest person I've dealt with in a VERY long time and I've had MANY cars. If he ever leaves, we probably will too!! TRANSITOWNE : You have a GEM in your sales department! Poor experience with Ted/Thaddeus My experience with the service department and more specifically Ted/Thaddeus (the service manager) has been a nightmare. I've had an ongoing issue reg My experience with the service department and more specifically Ted/Thaddeus (the service manager) has been a nightmare. I've had an ongoing issue regarding a manufacturer recall on my alternator going back to April. I ended up being charged $107 incorrectly and was treated extremely poorly by Ted when I asked for a refund (he said I was slandering the companies name for complaining that they had not fixed my car and called me a "text warrior" amongst other things for leaving a review on their Facebook). My requests for follow-up from the general manager went unanswered. It took me submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to receive a refund. In Ted's response to the BBB he stated he had reached out to me directly to resolve the matter. This is not the case. I have received a refund but have never received follow-up from the company or an apology from Ted for the way that I was treated. Overall the poor customer service skills as well as the questionable service done on my car will cause me to never come back here. More
