Drove 1.5 hours in a snow storm as they led me to believe I they were willing to do business. Refused to pay KBB value of trade in by $4000 because "grey cars don't draw in customers... and if it was a Jeep I they were willing to do business. Refused to pay KBB value of trade in by $4000 because "grey cars don't draw in customers... and if it was a Jeep we could offer you over the value." My trade is in excellent condition. I drove all the way there from Blasdell to get my oil changed and an inspection. Get there by 430 and I’m told they can’t get it done by end of day! Fast track ?? Just to call for an appointment and co changed and an inspection. Get there by 430 and I’m told they can’t get it done by end of day! Fast track ?? Just to call for an appointment and couldn’t get one until August 10th. I have a brand new car and I usually get an inspection right along with the oil change. There’s nothing to inspect, 11000 miles on my Jeep. I’m absolutely done buying cars from this place. The customer service is horrible. And Fast Track is worthless!!!! More

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The service that done is just what I need and nothing extra. My only complaint is the hold music when I call for an appointment. They took me in immediately without a an appointment. I didnt wait at the dealership but received a call much quicker than anticipated advising my car was ready.
