I was in desperate need of a newer vehicle. I was approached by Kim. I have purchased several vehicles in the past from Tranisit Down Dodge, However this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my approached by Kim. I went into this dealership with the prices from all the other dealers already. I was looking for a new Caravan for the family and had already driven one at the other dealers. When we got back to the dealership I was not looking forward to the negotiation. one of the main reasons i purchased my car was because of the free oil changes and warrenty. little did i know that the air filter cost $34.95 only the oil was "free". moreover, it takes them well over an ho the free oil changes and warrenty. little did i know that the air filter cost $34.95 only the oil was "free". moreover, it takes them well over an hour to change oil. i can change my own oil in under 25 minutes. im at a student and have a busy schedule i dont have time to sit in a tiny waiting room for hours to save 20 bucks. i would much rather have delta sonic do it than ever come here again. this dealership is two thumbs down and even though my reason for coming here iis free i will never come here again and i advise other customers to seak out a new garage or dealership to deal with car maintance.
