Brought the vechicle in the am, never received a call or was notified prior that they would be hold my truck to the following day. Finally gave a call mid morning the following day to figure out the status and was told id recieve a phone call back when the advisor had more info. Called back a couple hours later cause i heard nothing back to find out they never serviced the truck and that the mechanic was not back until the following day to take care of the problem i had. When i inquired as to why it wasnt fixed the day before i was told they had no answers for me from the person helping me out to not even the service manager. Was told The Manager has “40 other customers that he has to deal with and has no time to talk me” just tell me why now i have to wait even longer when my orginal appointment was a day prior. At that point i went to pickup my truck and left. Completely horrible communication between then and i, and even worse communication with the service department themselves to let someone know that a job was left unfinished. Complete waste of my time. More
This is the review I just left for your service department: Absolutely Unprofessional – Avoid This Dealership! I had a truly awful experience with this dealership, and I can’t stress enough how department: Absolutely Unprofessional – Avoid This Dealership! I had a truly awful experience with this dealership, and I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am. I dropped my car off at 11 AM, expecting a smooth process, but what followed was a nightmare. First, I received zero updates from them throughout the day. I called three times, each time being assured that my vehicle would be ready soon. Spoiler alert: it wasn't. The lack of communication was infuriating! When I finally spoke with Bill Webber, the manager, I was met with misleading information. He suggested I could come back the next day for a recall fix, but conveniently left out the fact that my car hadn’t even been inspected or that other issues remained unresolved. How is that acceptable? It felt like they were just trying to buy time without addressing the real problems. To top it all off, I asked for a rental car, but their department failed to register two available loaners. Seriously? If they can't manage basic logistics, how can I trust them with my car? When making the appointment we were assured the parts were going to be available for same-day service. Bill, the manager informed me at 8:20pm after I had to call the dealership that the replacement part was not even in stock/available. The huffing and puffing while I was trying to speak to Bill was obnoxious and disrespectful. To make matters worse, he continually interrupted me, and kept trying to talk over me. Overall, this dealership is a complete mess. If you value your time and money, steer clear of this place! I was told to expect a call from a manager tomorrow morning. After missing work, and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING being done to the car despite a phone call assuring my wife that everything would be completed within "a few hours" I would like to know how you intend to rectify this massive blunder? On 4/5/24 I called Transitowne and asked if they would be able to take in my vehicle for repairs. NICK said that they could but it would be a week before they could service it due to them already servicing a able to take in my vehicle for repairs. NICK said that they could but it would be a week before they could service it due to them already servicing another vehicle, which was ok. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t heard anything. When I talked to the asst manager, I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction and she stated that a technician hadn’t even been assigned to my vehicle yet! She got a technician assigned & testing was done. After that I’ve never heard from her, TIFFANY, again even after she assured me that I would be dealing w/ her from here on out. I got so tired of dealing w/ the service shop I started going through my warranty company for info, but they were always waiting on the service dept to do their jobs so they could do theirs! Fast forward to 5/14/24 I talk to the adjuster on my claim & he tells me I should’ve spoken to NICK about a tear down authorization on 5/8/24. NICK never called me so I called him about it. He said that he never talked to the adjuster about that (that was a lie) & that he will call him. A couple hours later he called me back asking for authorization about the same tear down he had no knowledge of until I called him. I immediately called the adjuster back and asked if he talked to NICK since we last spoke, he replied no! At that point I had enough with the service dept & their lies. I attempted to get my car towed on 5/15/24 but they wouldn’t release it until I paid the diagnostic fee. When I attempted to pay the fee, ROB stated that he had tried my card twice and it declined. I had just made a small purchase using that card and I never saw another transaction after that. He also told me that the tow truck driver said “I can’t wait anymore, I’m leaving” and left. When I spoke with the drivers boss he stated that he did not leave. More lies. I spoke with TED to again express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service shop and his employees, after having my vehicle there for 6 weeks w/ nothing more than a couple smoke tests done! TED (the other manager) even said that they dropped the ball while being very rude and condescending, stating that he “has to agree w/ me because I’m the customer”. I only went there from word of mouth but wished I would’ve looked on BBB first! They have several complaints and 1 star reviews made about them just in the last 3 years. GO TO BBB or even GOOGLE before buying a car from these people or getting your car serviced here. I do not advise anybody to go there, for anything!! I would give 0 starts if I could!! More

First off I'll warn you STAY AWAY! ! If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I went there several weeks ago and it was a bad situation. Our salesman, Joe, seemed nice at firs ! If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I went there several weeks ago and it was a bad situation. Our salesman, Joe, seemed nice at first. Then it was like I was occupying his space and breathing his air. He ignored me I until my insurance info had to be revealed. When I told him the company name, his comment was "I hate that company". That started a bad trend. That comment should have been kept to himself. Next up, the sales manager Rob. When I asked him what the $175 fee was for, he said for his girls to do my DMV paperwork. I said I'm doing my paperwork. I'm not paying them to do it. Then he said it was for something else. Finally he admitted it didn't cover anything. I asked to have that fee removed and he said no. He did however, only after I suggested it take it off the price of the car. Then he couldn't figure out how to run an image of my DL since I only had an image and not the actual license. Really, this is 2023 this should not have been that tough. As a result, I gave a 25% down payment and my name isn't on anything for this car. Then there is Neal in finance. He must have failed his class. I specifically wrote instructions on how much to extract from each debit account. He got that all screwed up. When I nicely pointed out his error and showed him a picture of my bank information Neal got snotty with me and said "are you saying I made a mistake?" Yes, Neal, sadly you made a mistake. He just walked away. It ended so badly that I left my husband there and started driving my hour plus trip back home and my husband was still there. I couldn't stand it anymore. Three weeks after the sale, I finally get in touch with "Management, Doug Indovina". I spent an hour on the phone with Doug and he seemed genuinely concerned. I asked for an apology from Neal. The next day I did get a call from Neal, but he can't say he's sorry for making a mistake. He got snarky again on the phone. I ended up calling Doug back and suggested Neal tried again while we were all on the phone. It was better but still not sincere. I would have fired Neal on the spot if he was working for me. Sadly, this experience has put a wedge between my husband and I. Although I think the car is nice. However, I wouldn't know as I haven't driven it. STAY AWAY!!! - Joal Lettau More

Drove 1.5 hours in a snow storm as they led me to believe I they were willing to do business. Refused to pay KBB value of trade in by $4000 because "grey cars don't draw in customers... and if it was a Jeep I they were willing to do business. Complete waste of time and negotiation skills. More
