Dropped of a flat tire, told them i drove on it while flat. They installed a plug and said its all fixed. I asked what they did and told me they plugged it, i reminded them i drive on it flat, the servi flat. They installed a plug and said its all fixed. I asked what they did and told me they plugged it, i reminded them i drive on it flat, the service writer repeated, its all fixed. Had to return to dealer 3 hours later as tire was loosing air. Service writer told me to come back in the morning, i said i did not want to be stuck on the side of the road with another flat. He said he may be able to get me in in about 2 hours. Took the tire else where, they said i needed a new tire, which is what i thought originally. The side wall of the tire was all chewed up from driving on it flat. Will not be returning to Transittown, and they can even keep the money from trying to plug a bad tire. More

5 weeks ago I called them about a recall. Part has been on back order and I've called a few times. Coincidentally, the dealership where I lease my car from called me to schedule service for the recall and on back order and I've called a few times. I've had the work completed 10 days ago and Transitowne still hasn't called. Then I got this survey as if I had already been there. Add this to the terrible sales experience at Transitowne I had a few years back where they told me the price of the car was wrong by $100 a month only 2 hours before I was supposed to pick it up. I will continue to drive 25 minutes out of my way for much better service at Towne. They know how to treat people with respect and provide consistently great service. More

Brand new Jeep Cherokee is a lemon Terrible experience and would never recommend Transitowne. The vehicle still sits at the dealership not repaired for a month while the dealership blames cooperate and cooperate blames the dealership. Nobody calls me back or updates me. Manager promised to update me a week ago and still no call. When I do reach someone they tell me there is nothing that can be done since the car is not fixed. I have purchased many cars for personal and business use, have used many dealerships but have never had such a problem as this. More

I had a problem with my car a few weeks ago and I brought it into service and talked with Murdock and had the problem diagnosed so quickly. It was easy to pull right it and have the service employees ready t it into service and talked with Murdock and had the problem diagnosed so quickly.
