We found both of these things at Tradition Chevy Buick—an aptly named dealership. We had just come off an absolutely horrible experience with a Chevy dealer in Syracuse and were a bit cool to the whole process of buying a new truck. Cheryl Hurd quickly put at ease and made us feel that we were the most important people in her day. The truck was on the lot ready for our inspection and test drive. She took the time to go over the “bells and whistles”, answered all of our questions and was extremely pleasant though-out the buy experience. She followed up with everything she said she would do; has called us twice since we have gotten the truck to make sure everything was all right.
