Painless and easy! I found a few vehicles on cars.com, the salesman was very helpful and provided me the information I needed to make a purchase decision. This was mainly done over text messages with a few quick phone calls which was very convenient! Ended up getting a great deal, was given a fair trade value, and lead me to purchase the lease warranty which I typically don't do. All-in-all I think everyone/business has room to improve but I'm very happy with the dealership, staff, and vehicle! More
