I tried to buy a New 2016 Chevy Colorado from a Syracuse car dealer “village” and I felt the interest was high and they didn’t take more off because i I tried to buy a New 2016 Chevy Colorado from a Syracuse car dealer “village” and I felt the interest was high and they didn’t take more off because it was 2 years old. I put $200 down and they made an appointment for me to pick it up on Saturday, 3/10 at 9:00. They changed the appointment Friday and said it needed to be inspected, the battery died and the codes needed to reset. Friday afternoon they told me it needed to be driven to clear the codes and it needed a cold start and they’d call me when it cleared. The salesman called me to give updates. Each time he called there was another hundred miles on it. Saturday came and went with updates and always there was another code that had to clear. Monday, more updates about how much driving they had to do to clear codes. That night the salesman drove it home. Tuesday AM I received a message stating there were now over 500 miles and no completed inspection. Monday was when I had had enough! I called Chevy corporation and they told me the same truck was available at Tradition. I called and spoke to Brandon at the Newark NY location (which is 2 hours from my house). I told him my dilemma and he asked how he could help. He informed me of the truck he had available. I sent him a picture of my license and my work ID and found I qualified for several rebates. My interest rate dropped 1%, they got me into a 2018 and my payment were only $5 more!! There were more convenient options in the new truck. I felt as though the red carpet was rolled out for me. I drove out to test drive the truck and everything was incredibly easy! I was at the dealership about an hour and a half and away I went. I even was introduced to the owner!! I am now home with a brand new truck with less than 100 miles on it! I will buy my future vehicles only from Tradition!!! More

I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and Tradition GMC.
