I recently purchased a 2017 nissan pathfinder from this dealership. When I got home with this I realized the rear brake light was out. I contacted the salesman and asked him if they could replace the bulb dealership. When I got home with this I realized the rear brake light was out. I contacted the salesman and asked him if they could replace the bulb and see if there was a problem with the light itself. His response was that they would not fix this problem. If this dealership doesn't care enough about the safety or possibly getting a ticket for a burned out tail light while leaving their lot after purchasing a vehicle from them, this just tells me the character of this business sucks. It was regretfully a first time experience as a new buyer here and will never purchase or recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this location due to the fact that something as simple as a burned out tail light was over looked and refused to fix. They do not stand by what they sell to the public. More

My daughter bought a Volkswagen Jetta from Tradewinds. Within a month she began having issues. Tradewinds kept TELLING her they would fix it. She recently took the car to Drellishak's and found out that the car needs a new engine. How did Tradewinds not know this and WHY did you not make this right. Purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano 7/21 haven’t been able to drive it since 1/22 it has been in 3 diff shops, including TradeWinds urban auto NINE diff times! This car is a lemon! I wouldn’t recommend I got approved then didn’t get approved had to get a co signer and it didn’t get approve saying my co signer credit wasn’t strong enough and her score was a 710 then I put 2,000 on approved had to get a co signer and it didn’t get approve saying my co signer credit wasn’t strong enough and her score was a 710 then I put 2,000 on a car and because I had it for 9 days they charged me 1319 which I understand charging me the miles but it wasn’t my fault I had to return the car so I feel like I should have only been charged the miles they are a rip off and the rep I worked with it was basically his fault the deal fell apart and he didn’t even have the decency to even apologize and claim he was going to help me get more of my money and didn’t even call back More
