Purchased this vehicle from TradeUp and initially found the buying process straightforward. Staff were professional and helpful during the sale and contract signing. However, within two weeks after driving off the lot, the car began experiencing significant issues. It frequently goes into limp mode, all dashboard warning lights come on intermittently, and the vehicle has become undrivable. Despite the Carfax report showing no prior accidents, multiple mechanics have indicated the car was previously wrecked. Over $1,000 has been spent attempting to diagnose and fix the issues, with no resolution so far. I stayed in contact with the dealership during this time, but they were unwilling to offer assistance. Given this experience, I would not recommend this dealership. More
