Tracy Toyota took advantage of us. We were told the used car we were buying was in working condition after being put through all their inspections. That was not the case with this car. One week after buying car we were buying was in working condition after being put through all their inspections. That was not the case with this car. One week after buying it we had to take into the shop to figure out what was wrong with it. We had to rebuild the transmission as it was having big issues. The car has been in the shop longer than we have been able to drive it. We talked to the manager recently and we were brushed off at first but then we’re told they would buy the car back for what we bought it for originally. However we just put thousands of dollars into the car. Why would we sell a car back to them when it’s now in perfect working condition. Unfortunately if your not buying a new car from them they don’t really care about their customers. I am just shocked that this is how they do business. We will be filing paperwork with the dmv and taking them to court to try and recoup the money we didn’t really have to fix a car that was sold to us broken. Beware of Tracy Toyota they don’t care about their customers. I am really hoping the owner is unaware of what is happening to his customers. More

Worst experience, I waited for over 3 hours for a simple 5k oil change. After 2 hours I walked up to the service window to ask if my car was almost done and the staff member cared more about eating his lunc 5k oil change. After 2 hours I walked up to the service window to ask if my car was almost done and the staff member cared more about eating his lunch and asking where the soy sauce was then to tell me where my car was. Then I was told my car was barely being worked on. I waited another 1.5 hour for my car to be done. No one cared to update me or to even acknowledge that they were late. I’m honestly beyond upset of the lack of respect and the unprofessional behavior. Never come back here! It should not take close to 4 hours to do a basic maintenance. More
