Friendly, Expedient, Professional, Fun, Outstanding First, this is not our first car, however it is our first Toyoto. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were met outside in the rain by by Randy. He determined what we were asking for immediately. Within a very short time (perhaps 20 minutes) we found ourselves driving exactly what we wanted. We were then help by Johnny Avilies. Perfect! We could not have asked for better service, agreed upon pricing and he was a very friendly person and he made this an extraordinary experience. Loved it! The final presentation of our loan was given to us by Ramen Barekzai. Another exceptional experience. The dealership sparkled and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely shop there again as well as referring our friends to this dealership. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! More

Exelent Dealership Recently bought 2014 Ford F-150 from this dealership. They were very professional, no pressure and so friendly. I do not usually give reviews on anything but this place really deserves my time and good review. I generally do not care for car salespersons as they try to BS you, not Tracy Toyota they are more than willing to give you a great deal without the BS. From the salesperson Tina Cea to the Finance Director Ramen Barekzai they made my purchase enjoyable, and affordable and without hassle. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Overall this place is a CLASS ACT. More

Great Dealership! Our experience buying a car today was amazing! They were super friendly and very helpful! I felt no pressure like I do at most car dealerships. Johnny Aviles was awesome and not to mention funny! He was very thoughtful and brought my daughter out a jacket to wear because it got cold. I guess the company had a potluck that day, and he was so kind to make my husband a plate of food because he had arrived straight from work, to look at cars, and was starving! I cannot promise they will serve YOU a meal during YOUR visit tho. LOL My husband and I drove there in seperate cars, but Johnny offered to help us drive one of the vehicles home, even though it was getting late, and he should've been heading home at that time. I should also mention this is our second time buying a vehicle at this dealership. Kipp helped us with the first car, and he too was amazing to work with. It was a great experience! Thanks again you guys! More
