I left there with a car that I'm very happy with and I would go back there again to get my next car and recommend them to all my friends. More

Great Experience at Tracy Toyota. My parents and I went out for breakfast this morning across the street the Tracy Toyota Dealership. As soon as we were done we decided to go in the d My parents and I went out for breakfast this morning across the street the Tracy Toyota Dealership. As soon as we were done we decided to go in the dealership and check out prices for a Highlander, that's the car my mom wanted. We were nicely greeted by a sales person name Michael Barbeau. Mike was very helpful and took us for a test drive on a 2014 Highlander, which we all loved. Mike also showed us a other Highlanders, once we decided which Highlander we liked and went inside to talk about prices we came across a 2014 Prius. We decided to go for the Prius since we a family that owns a Prius already a Toyota truck. We got a good price for it and my mom was more than happy with her new car. Everyone was extremely nice with us and were very helpful. Ramen Barekzai the finance director was also an amazing and helpful person when it came down to how much we wanted to pay. We are very happy with the new family edition. We a Toyota family and we made the best choice today by getting a new 2014 Toyota Prius. We highly recommend Tracy Toyota. More

Worst experience ever trying to buy a car Wish I could give this dealer a rating of zero stars. STAY AWAY! I ordered a new car from this dealer in early May. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks Wish I could give this dealer a rating of zero stars. STAY AWAY! I ordered a new car from this dealer in early May. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted them and they stalled around a few days before telling me it was to be built on August 1. By mid-August I asked for an update via phone and email and never received a return call. Ended up complaining to the Bay Area sales manager who promised to find out what happened and never heard from him either. Tracy Toyota is not to be trusted and the Bay Area sales manager is harming Toyota's good reputation. Just read all the other reviews and GO ELSEWHERE! More
Horrible experience with Service Department Horrible experience with the Service Department. My wife made an appointment for service, and Rick told her it would be about 90 minutes. Based on that conversation, she decided to wait for it. She sat there for 2 1/2 hours and the car was still not ready and then contacted me. When I called Rick, he was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with his boss, he hung up on me. I spoke to his bosses in person, George and Cynthia, who were both pleasant. But, it was a horrible experience overall and the damage was done. Rick clearly misrepresented the time it would take and simply did not care that it was inconvenient to my wife. He was a complete jerk and should not have any contact with customers. They made my wife sit for over 3 hours. I truly believe they took advantage of her because she was a female. I highly recommend you find a different place to service your car. More

I have had my 2013 Prius C for 2.5 days, it was love at first sight. Tina Cea the Sales and Leasing Associate gets all the credit for this match. Tina initially contacted me by phone, and then followed up with an email. I didn't respond to either as I had already test drove what I believed the car I really wanted at a another dealership. My test drive took place at Maita Toyota in Sacramento. Needless the communication with Maita was erratic.(This was the red flag). Still I decided to call Tina to let her know I was already working with another dealership. She understood and offered to help me if I needed it (Good vibes). This offer was put to the test and Tina was true to her words. She invited me to come see the same car but in a different color. It was well worth the drive. Change the name to Tina's Toyota, I'm just saying. More
