Wouldnt have had a better experience - Perfect I had no experience in buying cars what so ever, it was actually my first time buying a car without someone accompanying me. To tell the truth i was rather afraid and nervous in thinking about what car i should buy, and if its affordable etc. I had a big problem on my hands... but everything- all my problems were just blown away by a rather composed and energetic yet comforting fellow who helped me all the way through with the process. I was astonished by the way Sammy Sameyee had shown me the light through this dark tunnel i had been stuck in...not to mention how funny this guy was. He was one of the funniest and most interesting guys i had crossed over in a car dealer business such as Toyota. I made an appointment and the service advisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with his boss, he told the service manager to refuge the service to me because I might be giving them negative feedback which might cause them be fired from the Job.. I spoke to Toyota corporate person Chelsea,who tried to convince not to refuge me but as being independently owned Mr Chris Hansen,The manger over the phone with her denied me the service.But, it was a horrible experience overall and the damage was done. Chris clearly did not take care of my vehicle. He was a complete jerk and should not have any contact with customers. They made me wait for over 2hours.I highly recommend you find a different place to service your car.The manager is very unprofessional and even did not contact me about the case not even a single time.
