TERRIBLE finance manager This review is more for Aaron Rivera, the finance manager who helped us sign our sales contract after the sales process, than anyone else. We drove al This review is more for Aaron Rivera, the finance manager who helped us sign our sales contract after the sales process, than anyone else. We drove all the way from San Jose to get what we thought was a great deal and we confirmed with the sales lady that we would get this deal. After refusing to purchase an extra $2000 warranty that Aaron was selling us, by the time we had signed all of our contracts the price of our car had gone up $150 and I found out they didn't give me $250 of my college rebate. It may not sound like much money, but when I asked Aaron for an explanation he made up some BS about "spreadsheets, calculations, blah blah blah." My advice: MAKE SURE to read your ANY PAPERWORK you're going to sign carefully. Ask for ALL paperwork upfront first because you cannot trust Aaron. The deal you settle on with your salesperson might not be the deal you get in the end, and Aaron will do anything to make sure he gets every penny out of you. More
