My car was not ready when they promised. I scheduled an appointment for maintenance. They have my make and model and year. So they knew what needed to be done on my car. But they didn’t have the air filter and it took them over 4 hours to get it. They should have had the part for the car that I made an appointment for. If they knew they didn’t have the common Toyota Corolla air filter that I made an appointment for they should have ordered it before my appointment. Toyota Corolla at the Toyota dealership should have the air filter. More

I don’t even know where to start to say how pleased I am. After a very long weekend of car hunting and some bad experiences elsewhere, we took a chance and drove an hour away from home to Tracy Toyota….and b After a very long weekend of car hunting and some bad experiences elsewhere, we took a chance and drove an hour away from home to Tracy Toyota….and boy am I thrilled we did! From the first interaction over the phone to the time I drove away in my new car, we were so taken care of! Every one was so nice and helpful. The process was seamless and easy. Mustafa (sales) and Bruce (manager) in particular were absolutely amazing and so honest/transparent.
