I don’t even know where to start to say how pleased I am. After a very long weekend of car hunting and some bad experiences elsewhere, we took a chance and drove an hour away from home to Tracy Toyota….and b After a very long weekend of car hunting and some bad experiences elsewhere, we took a chance and drove an hour away from home to Tracy Toyota….and boy am I thrilled we did! From the first interaction over the phone to the time I drove away in my new car, we were so taken care of! Every one was so nice and helpful. The process was seamless and easy. Mustafa (sales) and Bruce (manager) in particular were absolutely amazing and so honest/transparent. They were very willing to answer any questions we had, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. Thank you to everyone at Tracy Toyota, you guys rock! More
