Yes, expensive. 2nd day found intermittent transmission issue, intermittent rearview camera issue. Took back twice and they couldn't do a thing about it. Had to pull over side of freeway or roads to shut off and restart truck a couple times a month for it to upshift from 5th gear to 6th gear. At 25k miles found low fuel pressure. Took to Tracy Ford and they told me they pulled fuel sample and it had 1/2 diesel and 1/2 gasoline in tank. Quoted $12,437 to replace fuel rails and injectors and flush tank! Also told me if I could not afford it, contact my insurance company for them to cover it that they had their customers cover for this type of vandalism before! Wonder how many victims have fell for this scam??? Took truck to another Ford dealer same day. They found an oring leak on the vst filter. Cost $249. They also fixed my camera $250. Also pulled sample on fuel. Clean! So much for a bumper to bumper warranty. I contacted Board Of Automotive Repair and filed a complaint. The representative came over took some picture, view work orders from other dealer and said he talked to Tracy Ford and Tracy Ford suspected that I flushed the fuel tank myself! How about fuel rails and injectors, idiots? Not a mark on my bolts, all original!!! The BAR rep closed the complaint file and said he could not prove anything! Wow! Easy like that for Tracy Ford to continue to scam money off of hard working people and insurance company. 2 years now and my truck is still having the transmission intermittent issue with its cluster gear indicators go on and off at times. I filed a lemon law with a Sacramento Buy-Back Law Office. Ford company offered me $1000 to settle my case. The law office get $3500 and I get $1000 to shut my mouth on a $64000 truck, an $82,520 loan! Huh???? Who can protect whom in this society these days? The law? Tracy Ford, you all will face your life karma one way or another! Individually or whole as a dealer! For consumers, stay away Tracy Ford and their dishonest professionalism. Or you will learn it the hard way like me and many others I know! More

Yet Tracy Ford is using the old sale game to get you to fight with them all day for a deal on a vehicle. Everyone will pay a different price for the vehicle he/she purchase. The less you know the more Tracy Ford will pocket. Service department is a joke. The like to think everyone is a fish in their pond. Unfortunately, I was an auto mechanic and currently a professional marine mechanic myself. I only took my brand new truck their because of the warranty. 2001-2015 diesel F250/350 common defects are transmission module and sensors, and high pressure diesel pumps. Tracy Ford service has no knowledge of mechanical, electronics or any type of work on the trucks whatsoever. They will read the manual and do the things that any of you out there can do. They will blame your diesel trucks to have fuel contamination and will try to get money from your insurance instead of having Ford cover your failed pump or transmission. I bought diesel trucks from them so far and both had issues that they canno fix a single thing as an intermittent rear view camera. They are their just for a show and collecting pay checks. Don't buy a Ford Diesel and ESPECIALLY DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH TRACY FORD. I've owned 5 Ford vehicle myself and now Tracy FORD just killed my loyalty. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. On July 17, we dropped off our 150 due to a “service engine” light. Later that day we were told the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and was under warranty dropped off our 150 due to a “service engine” light. Later that day we were told the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and was under warranty. He said it was ordered and the truck would be ready on the 20th. On the 20th we were told it would be ready on the 23rd. On the 23rd, we were told it SHOULD be ready on the 27. We were eventually told the part had NOT been ordered because the supplier was out?! Why had they given me three dates it would be ready then? After being given the runaround, I called Detroit (several times) and they found a cat converter two hours away! Tracy Ford told me they would have to drive it 50 miles to ensure the service engine light reset. They said they would also have to do a cold start the next morning at 7:00am when they opened and would call us when it was ready. They finally called at 7:46 and my wife went down to get it. The service manager had left (we heard that MANY times during the ordeal). The car rental that Tracy Ford had said they would cover was a whole different nightmare so I understand why other reviewers mentioned problems between Tracy Ford and car rental agencies. The final insult added to injury (I hope) is that the service manager PROMISED my wife that he had personally ensured that I would never hear from them again. After two e-mails and a phone call from them, I assume the ordeal is not over yet. My advice is to avoid Tracy Ford like the plague. I hope this is not the direction Ford Motor Company is heading.
