It took three trips to the dealership to get it fixed. Then, on the last trip, they made me wait four extra days because someone went home early on a holiday weekend. Then to top it all off, They left my car under a tree, and it was covered in sap when I picked it up. At least I hope thats sap. My advisor, Sonny tried hard though, wasn’t his fault. More

My Mach E had a flat tire, given that the car does not have a spare, it had to get towed to the dealership around 3pm on Wednesday. Called the Service dept, but they kept me on hold for 15 minutes with n have a spare, it had to get towed to the dealership around 3pm on Wednesday. Called the Service dept, but they kept me on hold for 15 minutes with nobody picking up the phone. The next day, there were no calls or even the ability to communicate with an advisor, so I had to personally go to dealership and speak with somebody about getting the tire fixed. Unfortunately, the tire was not repairable, but due to Ford's lack of a solid service-level-agreement to account for their manufacturing policies by subtracting the spare in their EVs, I had to wait for the car to get back on the road. Not angry at Tracy Ford for Ford's decisions, but not satisfied with my experience due to lack of communication and level of urgency for such simple fix. With Ford and Tracy Ford servicing this area, a FLAT TIRE, can take up to 48 hours for your car to be back on the road. More
