Made an appointment regarding one of their Sales Events they were having. I explained our bad experience at another dealership in town to the dealer. As soon as we came in for our appointment did all the financial stuff first so we can have a good idea on what we are able to get, picked out our car, then was told they couldn't help us any further. It was a waste of time. I still see this Ford advertise their event and they are able to help with any situation but it's definitely false. The sales person was great with customer service and everything but the financial department were no help. More

My 2019 Ranger Purchase I decided a 2019 Ranger was for me, so i head on down the local ford dealer after doing some research online. I actually made a few trips to the deale I decided a 2019 Ranger was for me, so i head on down the local ford dealer after doing some research online. I actually made a few trips to the dealership looking at trucks and talking with Marcos my salesman. We had maybe 3 or 4 conversations about options and trims. I came back one time just o listen to the difference in radio systems in two different trucks. when we finally sat down to talk price he advised me of all the rebates they currently offered. We low pressure conversation about price and we were able to come to a price I was comfortable with. However I was a few days away fro making the purchase and this was not an issue. While waiting to make the purchase I started thinking about the 0% and $500 cash back. I called Marcos we talked about the price and he explained I would lose some of the rebates with this option. He said we can talk about it when i com in to make the purchase. The day came to make the purchase. long store short he was able to get me almost all of the rebates we originally talked about and i was still able to get the truck at the previously agreed upon price. Overall great experience compared to previous car purchases. I would purchase again and recommend anyone looking for a Ford head over ask for Marcos T.
