Worst dealer experience we have had, we have bought multiple cars from stockton Honda, and decided we gave Tracy a try since we live here. BIG mistake, went it and traded in our previous car for a bigg multiple cars from stockton Honda, and decided we gave Tracy a try since we live here. BIG mistake, went it and traded in our previous car for a bigger car since our family grew, was told everything was good and we got the car we wanted, WRONG, my husband got a text asking to stop by the next day, goes in and now the contract changed, they said payment had gone down, great right ?! WRONG AGAIN, a week later and many text messages from the finance team and yet again they asked if my husband could stop by again, for what ?! GUESS THAT RIGHT, contract changed yet again but this time, monthly payment increased by $50 more and the interest rate up 3% more. !!!!! We had purchased a warranty for the car because according to the finance guy, it will make the interest rate 3% less at the time of purchase. Well now the interest rate is super high and we had no option but to keep the warranty with a higher interest rate, they also said the car had powertrain warranty, yeah it did because it's getting charged to us !! Was also told dmv fees will be covered by the dealer looking at the paperwork it was charged to us. I feel taken advantage of the fact that we were in their with a newborn baby as first time parents. Yes part our faults but we had really thought we had found a trusted dealer. Our mistake, and what a mistake it is. So disappointed. Tracy Ford was recommended to us, but we will NOT EVER recommend to anyone. Do better! More
I purchased an Explorer from them and it was delivered to me with a cracked windshield. When I questioned them on it because it was a “Certified Used” they told me it wasn’t their problem. Tracy Ford also promised to buff some scratches but every time I call they give me the “our service department will call you”. I am still waiting for the service department to call me!! All they want is your money and don’t care about returned sales. Buyer Beware!!! More

Bait and Switch? RUN AWAY, you have been warned. Interesting side note, their "ratings" on YELP is 2.5 to 3, on the dealer website it's 4.7-4.8..... Think they scrub the bad reviews? Me too. More
