Initial contact with sales person was great. Finance person made it a bad experience. This was a gold certified used vehicle. Finance person says there is no warranty. Gold certified vehicles come with a 1 yr 12,000 mile comprehensive warranty and 7yr 100,000 powertrain. I was not offered either. Tried to get a call back from the general sales manager. I waited a week with no response. More
