This dealership is horrible with customer service after you sign on the dotted line. bought my car on 7/25/24 I left the car at the dealership so that some repairs could get done. after several weeks went by and no communication I called the sales person Rex to find out what was going on. he brushed me off with no explanation as to what was going on with the repairs. He promised to call me back never heard back from him. I left several messages for the general and sales manager Saidu and Fasile, NO RETURN CALLS! on 8/15/24 I received a call from the service department letting me know my car was done, So I drove from Sacramento to Tracy only upon arrive I was told that the car would not start. if you can't fix the car take it where it can be fixed. The sales person or management never came out to talk to me. There are so many good dealerships out there don't waste your time with this one Or you will regret it. This is my review for the staff. Thoughtful and responsible When I bought my used Challenger it had a cracked dash speaker cover. They were going to charge me for it in addition to the cost of the car. Howeve When I bought my used Challenger it had a cracked dash speaker cover. They were going to charge me for it in addition to the cost of the car. However, after a couple of emails, they decided to send me the entire dash cover at no charge. I was surprised and pleased. They really satisfied this customer. I recommend them whole heartedly. Very unorganized/They never call you back Finance department doesn't know how to do their jobs. My car was totaled and I had gap and extended warranty coverage through them. The gap won't pay until the loan comp. gets the refund on the extended warranty. I filed a refund with them over three months ago. They don't return calls. They lie about checks being mailed out. They will never get my business again. Unfortunate because my buying experience was great but follow up...what follow up... Helpful? More

Poor Management and Sales Staff My son and I stopped in to look at a used truck they had sitting in the back lot. It had a sale price wrote in the window . We went in to speak to a salesman about the truck. They had know knowledge of the truck. It took them a 1/2hr to try and figure it out. Finally we walked out and looked at it ourselves. I asked for keys to drive and nobody could find them. Than i asked about the price and the salesman quoted me 6,000 more than the price in the window. We went back to speak to the manager and he stuck to the wrong price also. They even had the trade in price in the widow too, The sales staff is a bunch liars and crooks. I walked out and said know wonder Kat Country radio is running ads about there poor sales and managment crew. They still need too keep looking for knew people. I will not return to buy any vehicle from them ever. More
