I bought a new truck that was a lemon! It had to be realigned 7+ times in the first three months and it was still having problems! That’s when I was directed to the 1-800 number to file my complaint! After working with the people that work “the hot line”, I was able to pick out a new truck of equal cost with absolutely no hassles. The hardest part was the waiting! I do know that Tracy Chevy did all they could do to help me through the process, although they couldn’t push the people making the final decision to replace my truck. I now have a truck that I can depend on! Thank you Tracy Chevrolet for all your help! Especially, Sam, Adam, (Managers) also the three service advisors! More
