Lustine Toyota made my short list for dealerships by quickly getting back to me via email with an actual number when I filled out a request for quote online. The email was also sent by one of the salesmen, Josef, so I immediately had a contact. They were very friendly on the phone and we even settled on a price before I showed up at the dealership. When I did show up, Josef was ready for me, and after a quick inspection of the vehicle, we got right down to the paperwork. He understood I was pressed for time. During each step of the process, I was informed of all options and services available to me, but was never pressured to purchase anything extra. I left with a sense of commitment from the dealership to make sure I was and will stay happy with my new Tacoma. More

But the reason I come back here to get service for my car is not the sales people but the service agents like Bryant Jones & the ladies who check you out when the service is down. Since I have been going there since 2009 I can always reassured myself that I'm going to get the best service there if only when i have the help of my agent Bryant Jones & the ladies behind the table. Nobody ever sees that the service people are the ones that really work with the customers & your vehicle not the sales people who are just out for your money not your needs. So I give 5 stars to my service agent & the ladies in the back who work with you making sure your needs & your vehicle were in good hands. Plus the guys in the back working on your car. Thumbs up. I bought my used 2002 Avalon XLS from Lustine about five years ago. It has been a reliable car with very few problems. On the rare occasion I have had a problem and for my milestone services I always retu years ago. It has been a reliable car with very few problems. On the rare occasion I have had a problem and for my milestone services I always return to Lustine. On my recent visit I received the 120,000 mile service and needed a state inspection. My Service Advisor, Bryant Jones, called me with the results of all diagnostic including issues that would not allow my vehicle to pass state inspection. He patiently walked, me through various scenarios and provided firm pricing on repairs. Once I authorized the work he promised to call me back within 30 minutes with an estimated time for repairs and when I could expect the work to be completed. Fifteen minutes later I heard back from Bryant with a detailed report including parts availability. When I next heard from Bryant it was to tell me that my car was ready. I cannot describe how wonderful it is to trust your car to a service shop where you do not have to worry about your vehicle. With Lustine you never have to call to get a status, you never have to worry about them missing a deadline. Always on time and always on top of your needs. More

Rinaldo Sold me my car a couple of years ago. After a month my battery died and I was stuck. He came with the charger and they replaced the battery at no charge. Later as I have been serviced there Bryan month my battery died and I was stuck. He came with the charger and they replaced the battery at no charge. Later as I have been serviced there Bryant Jones is my service contact. He has been articulate and thorough in all of my service needs. I do not mind coming here to have my car serviced because they are very professional and friendly. More

With excellent customer service, patience and professionalism Bryant Jones was my service manager and he is the one you need to go see for any services on your vehicle. He took the time to make sure that I understood all that was going on with my car and offered effective solutions that ultimately would benefit me.
