I had a profoundly negative experience at this dealership. As my first Toyota vehicle owner, I was particularly disappointed by the subpar customer service I encountered. I strongly advise against purchasing any warranty packages. Bryan Beougher assisted me with my appointment for my two vehicles that I just purchased 2026. I proceeded to purchase a warranty. However, upon my arrival, I discovered a crack in my Pruis vehicle. Bryan did not investigate the issue and simply informed me that the warranty would not cover it. He even offered to repair it for a fee. This was an unacceptable situation. I feel deceived because I purchased a product that will not provide the promised benefits. I am extremely upset and frustrated that I traveled such a distance for subpar service. Bryan informed me that only one of my vehicles could be serviced that day. I was not informed of this prior to my appointment. I arranged for a driver to assist me with my other car. They wasted my time and checked it in and took it to the back to drive it back out to hand me the keys because they were unable to service it. This was poor service from the car dealership. They did not even bother washing the car for their mistake in making an appointment that they were unable to service my car. More
