I met Jeff in January 2009 when he was the General Manager of Colonial Toyota. I like his no nonsense, no haggling approach to selling a car. It made car buying fun again, instead of something you dread. Since then, my partner and I have bough 2 additional cars from him, and we have helped my mom buy 2 and my sister 2 and I have referred 4 co-workers to him. In each instance, everyone has vowed to return because they all enjoyed the experience. We enjoy working with Jeff and his team so much we followed him to Toyota of Westport, where the great service has followed. He has a great sense of humor, loves what he does and gets genuinely excited about each sale. The last three vehicles we have had the pleasure of working with Nick Roberts. We had a few extra hours one night and decided to see what cars they had and also to see what deals they could provide. We were extremely surprised and pleased to find a very friendly and price competitive dealership. Buying a new car can be very difficult and nerve racking, but I have to say it was a very easy and pleasant experience. The salesman was excellent and we got a very nice new car at a very good price. This dealership seems to have turned things around and my husband and I would strongly recommend buying a car from Westport Toyota. More
