Excellent Custiomer Service I am not one to enjoy bringing my car anywhere for service, even for oil changes. I always feel like the servicemen are trying to take advantage of a woman customer. So much that I make my dad take my car for oil changes. However, I purchased a vehicle at New Country (which changed my way of thinking about car dealerships- in a good way) and just brought my car in for my first oil change. Jeff was very professional and courteous. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and was not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable. He even pointed out a problem my transmission was having that I didn't even mention and now it will be fixed. I bought pre-owned certified so I do not have to pay for the repair. I will continue to come here for all my service needs. I do not feel like I am surrounded by sharks like I have everywhere else I have gone in the past. More

Mike Ciufo was excellent I've dealt with all sorts of salespeople in the past. Outstanding Human Involvement I came in to see the new Tacoma Limited and I was connected with Mike Ciufo. Although he did not have one in stock he was expecting one very soon. H I came in to see the new Tacoma Limited and I was connected with Mike Ciufo. Although he did not have one in stock he was expecting one very soon. He introduced me to Jeff Carrington the GM, who told me one was coming in the next day or so that was for a customer, but he would call me and I could come down an look at it and possibly drive it (he was going to ask the customer). I work in the retail industry and it was December, so I told Mike and Jeff I was probably not going to get a chance to come back anytime soon... so the offered to drive the car to me so I could see it and drive it- WOW, now thats service! Due to as series of events that didn't work out, but Mike stayed in touch with me and when another one came in a couple weeks later he called and I was able to come down and take a test drive. Throughout the whole process both Mike and Jeff went out of their way to earn my business. I have leased many cars over the years and I have to say that these two gentlemen are committed to making the buying experience as personal as it can be! As I sat in his office Jeff worked his magic to trade a truck he had coming in for the color and truck I wanted. He called several people on their cell phone literally up until the time the dealership closed and was able to get the truck the way I wanted it. Again, I was extremely impressed by both he and Mike's desire to make the customer happy. This is truly what customer service is about! If would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and can't thank Jeff and Mike enough! More

All Extremely positive!!! Went in here 9 years ago for my last Toyota, but didn't buy. Totally turned off back then. Bad service and bad pricing.
