Long time customers! Experience on May 13th was awesome! I was greeted by LUIS, the service valet, who made me feel like royalty, opening my car door to let me out, welco Experience on May 13th was awesome! I was greeted by LUIS, the service valet, who made me feel like royalty, opening my car door to let me out, welcoming me to Toyota, kindly escorting me inside the service area, and making sure that I was checked in with a service advisor before leaving my side! I felt like I was at my own private service center, where I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER :) Ken, my service advisor who I had never met before, was welcoming, attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. From start to finish of my appointment, which was a full day as a water pump+ bearing were needed, I was not stressed with the additional news of the expensive item needing to be replaced as Ken insured me of all that was to be done, explained with materials demonstration the problem, and was able to ensure me transport back to my home or wherever I needed to be due to the vehicle needing to remain on site for an extened period of time. Again, I was made to feel like I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE TODAY due to the personalized attention give to me :) The service valet, LUIS, kindly transported me back to my home in the morning and picked me up again in the afternoon to retrieve my vehicle, the whole time making me feel like a VIP customer! The choice of vehicle to transport customers back and forth in was AMAZING :) and just put the icing on the cake and turned what could have been a very stressful day all around the board to an overall amazing, upbeat, positive, service experience! This was something much needed since the onset of COVID! Servicing a car seemed NORMAL again but actually so much better! Honestly, service on steroids this time ha ha! THANK YOU TOYOTA OF WALLINGFORD! More

I have tremendous anxiety and calling people I don't know, about things I am not educated on makes my anxiety even worse. I spoke to Shylock at Toyota of Wallingford and she was incredibly helpful. She made what normally would have been excruciating for me, very enjoyable. My questions were answered thoroughly and I didn't feel anxious asking further questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through what I needed to do. Needless to say, I will be asking for Shylock should I have any further questions or concerns. More
