It took a while to get an appointment for routine maintenance, but once I did they treated me extremely well. As soon as I pulled up a gentleman immediately came out to greet me, opened my car door a maintenance, but once I did they treated me extremely well. As soon as I pulled up a gentleman immediately came out to greet me, opened my car door and put down a paper floor mat in my car while he proceeded to chec the mileage for me. He politely asked for my keys and directed me into the service office where a female rep graciously assisted me. She called me as promised midday w/the price of repairs once the service tech had done a routine check up of my vehicle, so that I could approve any services I wanted him to complete, but she didn't pressure me to do those that I was not willing to commit to presently, as another local Toyota dealer had tried to more vigorously sell me on last month. The female service dept. rep called me again shortly thereafter as promised once the vehicle was done ahead of schedule and I came back to pick it up. As soon as I walked in to pick up my car a male rep got my keys and directed me over to another rep to process my paperwork while he went outside to pull my vehicle right up to the door, so that it was ready for me once I'd paid. When I walked outside, he opened my car door and thanked me for my business as everyone else I'd come into contact with had as well. The customer service provided by all employees was excellent. The repairs were reasonably priced and everyone made me feel like they appreciated my business. Even Mark, the new car sales rep, whom we spoke to while our car was first being dropped off was refreshingly honest and easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable, patient and professional and not at all pushy either. Once the dealership has the model vehicle in stock in the color we're looking for, we look forward to likely buying a new car there too if the price is right, as well as continuing to have our Rav4 hybrid serviced at Wallingford Toyota. More
Scheduled a service with a little over 60000 miles and was told oil change and tire rotation . Dropped the car and received a call a few hours later. Saying there was 4-5 items recommended for this amount was told oil change and tire rotation . Dropped the car and received a call a few hours later. Saying there was 4-5 items recommended for this amount of mileage totaling almost 1000 dollars. Should have been told before the items recommended for vehicles with 60000 miles and discussed what my options were not over a phone call once the car was bing worked on. Not saying these items don’t need to be done. It’s not the what it was the how . My opinion More

After 2 months, my gas gauge is finally working for the first time since I have owned the car(2 months). Before I even added gas for the first time back in July, my car went well over 200 miles with the ga first time since I have owned the car(2 months). Before I even added gas for the first time back in July, my car went well over 200 miles with the gas gauge needle staying on full. Now, after the service dept. emptied my gas tank and refilled it with the same gas, the gas gauge seems to operating normally, with the needle moving slowly as the gas is consumed. It is really nice knowing how much gas I have left in the tank. Everyone has been very pleasant to deal with. More
