The next day, when there was an issue with the car certification, Mike called me right away and explained the situation and how he intended to make it right. When I arrived at the dealership the next day to pay for the car and take care of the warranty issue, Ryan took good care of me and got me an extended warranty with road side care for 3 years / 36,0000. This was above and beyond what I would have had in the first place and I really appreciate the special treatment. This car is for my wife and my two little boys, so the roadside care gives me peace of mind that if there is an issue, she will be taken care of. I looked for our new family car for about six or seven months before making this purchase. During that time, I looked at several cars from dealers and from private owners. It is tough for a dealership to compete with a private owner on price, so when you buy from a dealership, you want to feel like you are getting something for premium you pay. I feel very satisfied that I got more than my money's worth in my dealings with Turnersville Toyota - and in particular in dealing with Clinton, Mike and Ryan. After dealing with another Toyota dealership for three hours on Saturday, I walked in and told them what I wanted, the price, and I had to be out of there quickly because I had three children at home. Ed gave Dave the details of my visit....Ed went out on the lot to see if any other Siennas had come in as what the computer showed was out of my price range. He came back quickly and found two that fit....Dave in the meantime worked the numbers....within 20 minutes the deal was done. They then quickly got my car ready...and I was out of there! Perfect! Ed was great, kind, and understood my situation. They also took my lease back that I only had for a year and actually gave me money in the trade value. I loved my car and didn't want to have to change but a surprise third child had us in the need for a larger car! Great job guys and thanks for the quick turnaround! More

Sam was extremely helpful and a true professional. My husband and I went to Toyota of Turnersville to purchase one of their certified pre-owned Scion xb's. In the beginning, things seemed to be going well. They wouldn't budge on their over-priced sticker price and laughed at us from the back room when we submitted a slightly lower offer. The manager, Mike Rooney, was very arrogant and unwilling to work with us. They also told us that the blue logic system was $600 and agreed to pay half. Upon further research, we found that the blue logic system was only $300 and by paying "half," we would really be paying for it all. We felt like we were being taken advantage of and jerked around. The best thing that came out of Toyota of Turnersville was how easy it was to back out of their over-priced and unfair lease. STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA OF TURNERSVILLE!!! More
