Due to the leg-work and initial paperwork being completed prior to my arrival, I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. I had the worst new car buying experience at Toyota of Turnersville. I have purchased 3 brand new cars in the past and have never been to a more unprofessional dealer. Joe was my salesperson. He was ex Turnersville. I have purchased 3 brand new cars in the past and have never been to a more unprofessional dealer. Joe was my salesperson. He was extremely rude and obnoxious. The whole time I spent at the dealership, I was courteous and respectful. However, the same courtesy and respect was not reciprocated. There was a specific car and combination that I wanted and an exact model was available at that dealership. Joe, however, informed me that it was sold. When he presented me with an offer in a different color, I politely declined. Immediately, he changed his tune and said, "The model you wanted just came in today." Indeed, there was one in the back as indicated on its website for a whole month (I checked the dealership's website for a month before coming in and knew that it was available). Joe flat-out lied to me that it was unavailable. Then he presented me with an offer for that model. I presented him with a counteroffer. I waited patiently for him to return and to listen to his counteroffer. Surprisingly, he told me to leave the dealership. Without confrontation, I went to a nearby Toyota dealership, presented them with my offer, and we agreed upon a price. What started as the worst buying experience became the best no hassle buying experience. Avoid Toyota of Turnersville! (The car that I looked at is still available today--3 months after). More

My wife and I were shopping for a Prius Mark and Dave helped us figure out that a 2011 left over would work for our budget. They also gave us a more than fair trade allowance for our 2006 Mazda 5. This guy is a real piece. He comes off as super nice and does his salesman BS but do not be fooled. This guy will agree to a deal then turn around shortly after and make up some issues while trying to suck some more money out of you. Be warned this dealership is the worst and do not even waste your valuable time. You will just leave frustrated and aggravated. I went to Toyota of Runnemede and it was a totally opposite experience. Go to Runnemede first and ask for Donny Cahall. This guy was great. More

Sam was very helpful. My car had a flat and required new tires. While I was there, he accommodated me by performing a routine maintenance which was near due. I also had an issue with the state inspection because the inspectors citted a problem which did not exist. He offered to come to inspection with me to resolve it with them.
