From the moment that I entered the dealership, I was treated with class and respect. This was my first time visiting the dealership and I knew immediately that I was in a classy joint. I had initially been looking to purchase a Honda Accord, as my family has driven nothing but Honda's for over twenty-five years; however, I was not happy with Burns Honda and I did not care for the management at Honda of Turnersville. I walked on over to Nissan and briefly looked at some of the inventory and wasn't impressed, so I headed on over to Toyota. As I was looking at Toyota's inventory, I was approached by Mr.Bakis. The gentleman immediately made me feel at ease and I liked him right away. I briefly shared my previous experience(s) with him with Honda and he apologized. I then told him that I wouldn't mind test-driving a Toyota that had caught my eye. We spontaneously went for several test-drives. Following the test drive, we walked into the dealership to discuss a price-- along with my trade-in value. I was not fully content with the initial figures that were presented to me for the Toyota, but was shocked at the value of my trade-- as the value was more than two-thousand dollars higher than that of the figures which were presented to me at Burns Honda. When Eddie came back with a second price for the new vehicle, I shook his hand and told him that he had me sold. I then asked him how long the figures would remain, as I wanted to bring my wife back in to agree on a color. He told me to reach out to him at anytime. I didn't feel pressured at all, which was very shocking, considering the nature of the profession. Later that evening, I brought my wife in and we both agreed on the color: Black. Eddie has a gift with people and a gift with sales. He is able to make one feel at ease. He is pretty much the only reason that I would recommend Toyota because he's the guy that got the job done. Eddie will be keeping an eye out for me for a sports-vehicle (Mercedes) and I will be purchasing the vehicle as soon as he gives me a ring and makes me aware that it is available. But of course, only if the price is right, as I am confident that it will be. Thank-you for the positive exchange and good business. Salute! More

Dan Bitner made this the easiest process we have ever had. He was upfront about every conceivable detail. He actually lowered the price of the car we came in for because he knew we needed a lower payment had. He was upfront about every conceivable detail.
