I would never recommend this dealership to anyone that's for sure. When you have a price listed for a used car, you do not ADD extra packages onto the car only to discover these hidden "things" they that's for sure. Also whats this ridiculous lojack scam you guys are running too? A high tech security system that costs 600+ bucks?? This is added to every used car???? Really?......the built in alarm on the cars these days are just fine for me. No where was this listed in asking price on the car yet you tack it on after you are interested in the car? I heard of bait and switch before...but this is simply Bait and Add! Buyers Beware!!! Do your research on these dealership. Shop around or you will regret it. More

Came in for my regualr oil change. Was able to immediately pull in, Sam had my account up, and was ready for me and told me to go in and make myself comfortable. I was able to get an hour worth immediately pull in, Sam had my account up, and was ready for me and told me to go in and make myself comfortable. I was able to get an hour worth of work done by utilizing the wi-fi which is a great value added service you offer. My car was completed within an hour and not only did Sam come out an personally show me to check out and tell me where my car was parked, he also gave me an overview on all other systems within my car and said they are all working well and are in great condidtion. I left my oil change feeling confident that I shouldnt experience any mechanical or electrical issues with my car until it is time for my next oil change. I have to say all the service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable they will handle whatever problem you have brought to them. I guess everyone has a favorite Service Advisor. Mine is Sam Aiello. Friendly, knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile to get the job done. He has taken the time with me to let me know what I will need in the near future to keep my car in tip top shape. So, again I will tell anyone reading this, you can buy your car anywhere, but because of the great service Sam Aiello and the other advisors provide at Toyota of Turnersville you have gotten the best deal possible.
