Ken is one of the best sales people we've ever encountered. He was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly, Like most people, we have a budget in which we needed to stay within and Ken helped us with encountered. Nick was very helpful and worked with us to get us into a Toyota Corolla S Plus and we love it. Matt, the finance person was also knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership is clean and welcoming. I'm going to recommend this dealership and definitely recommend Ken. We're thankful for an awesome experience. More

I would recommend Toyota of Turnersville before any other place. These gentlemen have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and make sure that the process would go as smooth as possible. I will absolutely buy my future cars from there along with sending my friends and family there who are seeking to buy a new car. My experience from start to finish was amazing. I got a brand new 2013 Camry with the help of friendly, knowledgeable people, who were completely low pressure and a lot of fun to work with. I had no idea when I walked in to look at a used rav4 with 70,000 miles that I'd be leaving with my dream car! It was a great experience and I'd recommend Toyota of Turnersville to everyone I know. I visited this dealership to check out a used Toyota Prius. I was greeted by an old guy called EDDY. After a pleasant initial conversation, I told him I would like to test drive a fully loaded 2010 Priu Prius. I was greeted by an old guy called EDDY. After a pleasant initial conversation, I told him I would like to test drive a fully loaded 2010 Prius. After the test drive, I liked the car and was checking out the sunroof and solar panel function when EDDY says, "Sir, you have to step out of the car. I know you are not going to make a purchase so I would not want you to check out the functions of the car!" I was like xxx!?!?. It was a genuinely interested in the car. But I did not want that OLD GROUCH (EDDY) to waste my time. So disregarding him, I walked over to the sales desk and asked if I can have some other sales person to help me out. Then I was assisted by CURTIS, who seemed nice and friendly. I sat down with him for an hour and half after my test drive to go over the warranty, features and other details of the car. After negotiating a price for 17,700 all inclusive, I decided I would sleep over it and make a decision tomorrow. Now, $17,700 for a fully loaded 2010 prius is a very good price. so next day, I decided to actually proceed with buying that car. so, I call up the sales manager NICK and ask him if he would give me the same price we agreed on yesterday. He said yes ! So , I go over to the showroom with my cheque book to make a purchase. After clearing out a last few questions, I asked him for another test drive on the road. As on their "specially designed" track, you really cant go beyond a speed of 25mph ! So when the sales guy, comes out he brings the keys for a different prius that had NONE of the features! I explained to him, I am interested in the black prius not the gold one. So, then he went to explain that to NICK the sales manager. Then NICK comes out and says that "Sir, the quote that I provided you yesterday was for the gold prius not the black one! I cant sell that black one for that price !" I explained: "I drove just one prius yesterday, the black one and that was the one for which I negotiated the price for close to an hour!!! What do you mean? Are you absent-minded?" I wanted to reach a decision soon, so I was okay to let go if the price deifference was around $300-500 more. So, I asked him assuming you made a mistake, what is the correct price for the car. And to my surprise, he comes up with a quote of $21,000!!! Thats $3000 more! While the internet price difference for both the cars was just close to $1000. I tried to explain to him that his calculations dont make sense. When the internet price difference is only close to $1000. How can this car be sold for $3000 more? And then he had to put me through the LOJACK SCAM ! and throughout the whole process he tried to smooth talk me as if he was making me a favour, whereas he was asking me to cough up 3000 more than I should have ! HIS UNAPOLOGETIC BEHAVIOR AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM WAS REMARKABLE ! Needless to say, I left the showroom without making a purchase, with a promise in my mind NEVER to return back to this showroom ! One word of advise to customers thinking about this dealership: If you need your peace of mind, AVIOD THEM ! More

I took my nephew to look at Toyota corollas , and we ended up leaving with a great deal! We didn't intend to buy, but after we met Jason skinner, the gm, I never felt more comfortable with a car dealer. ended up leaving with a great deal!
