The dealership personnel are friendly and made the visits pleasant and painless. The finance managers were low-pressure and din;t try to convince us that we "needed" extra coverage or add-ons. They did advise us to buy GAP insurance and we did! Len Rizzo was a master of feeling good! He made us feel comfortable and at home all through the buying process. All in all, the staff at this dealership is an asset to Toyota Motor Company! We'll be back! More
