Service worker cheated me out of $200. 00. Discount off the bill. He added lifetime battery which was already free cost to the bill. Took $200 off of my warranty free battery instead of tak 00. Usually my oil change goes great, for some reason it is always an issue to have my splash plate replaced correctly after service. I always make it a point to mention it being an issue and that i have extra always an issue to have my splash plate replaced correctly after service. I always make it a point to mention it being an issue and that i have extra fasteners in my glove box available, but it has happened again for the third time that the fasteners were not replaced in some holes that aren’t as easy to tighten towards the front of the splash plate, causing it to fall to the ground and smash up underneath my vehicle while i’m on the road. This has happened two times. It didn’t happen this time because I caught it in time. More

Tyler was good to work with. I didn’t like how he tried to play it off and tell me the overspray was “normal wear and tear” on a car that’s got 10k miles on it. I also don’t like the fact that my car is pulling to one side. And when I contacted them they told me to pay for the alignment and then get the money back from my insurance. After they were paid $8k from the insurance company and I paid my deductible. I shouldn’t have to come out of pocket anymore than the deductible. They said they didn’t have a reason tj do alignment. Any front end damage like that should automatically be aligned. Also here was post in two spot that wasn’t masked properly by the paint shop. More
