They assured me in advance they were wearing masks and distancing. I’m 74 and have COPD. I was greeted by an employee not wearing a mask who told me ,’We wear them sometimes’. What does that mean? In and out in 14 minutes and both employees who came near me (as I sat in my car) wore masks. So stupid to lose my business after 7 years of driving 15 miles to use them exclusively. David was very professional to say the least. He helped me figure out the uber setup because the scheduling system wouldn’t allow me to book an uber through the website. Service Review Dropped off my older '06 Tacoma, for over night stay, as needed the timing cover resealed, valve cover gaskets & front crank seal. Somehow the Radiato Dropped off my older '06 Tacoma, for over night stay, as needed the timing cover resealed, valve cover gaskets & front crank seal. Somehow the Radiator frame and/or hoses got compromised, leaking everywhere, had to return my Tacoma on same day, to pick-up the next day. All worked out by my assigned Service Advisor, Norman & his Team, I've been coming to Toyota of Tampa Bay for service for 8 years now. Through thick & thin they have taken care of my trusty Tacoma truck, even purchased my tires from them, twice! Keep up the good work. More
